Lawrence Edward "Larry" Page (Eng. Lawrence Edward "Larry" Page) is an American billionaire, along with Sergey Brin, a search engine developer and founder of Google.
Place of Birth. Education. Larry Page was born on March 26, 1973 in Lansing (Michigan, USA), in a family of teachers: Carl Victor Page, Sr., professor of computer science at the University of Michigan, received a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Michigan in 1965, when he was created the discipline of computer science, described by BBC reporter Will Smale as "a pioneer in computer science and artificial intelligence"; and Gloria Page, professor of programming at the same university and Lyman Briggs College.
Computers first caught Page's attention when he was six years old, so he could "play with the rubbish lying around" - first-generation personal computers left by his parents. Family. In 2007, Larry Page married Lucinda Southworth on Richard Branson's Necker Island in the Caribbean. Southworth is a research scientist and the sister of actress and model Carrie Southworth. They have two children born in 2009 and 2011.
